* A group is defined as 20 or more paying visitors. Each paying visitor with a certified disability of 33% or more is entitled to one free companion, who does not need to be added to the purchase process. If you wish to request a guide or purchase combined group tickets for several parks, you must make a booking in advance using the contact form or by emailing reservas@selwo.es at least ten days before your visit.

* Accompanying guide is subject to availability; we recommend enquiring and booking as far in advance as possible. Bookings must be made at least ten days in advance using the booking form or by emailing reservas@selwo.es. Changes can be made up to five working days before the date of the visit; after this deadline, no refunds will be given. Payment of 100 per cent of the total booking amount must be made by bank transfer five working days before the visit.
* SelwoPack has a single price for all visitors and allows a visit to each park according to the choice you make in the purchase process. The parks can be visited any day until the end of the season without prior reservation according to the opening calendar of each park, which can be consulted on their website.
* In Benalmádena Cablecar, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years of age) in each cabin.
